A day off

Today I am having a day off of my diet and exercise program. I have been a good girl all week long watching what I eat and going to the gym every day, so believe me I have earned it.

This morning for breakfast I had a toasted everything bagel with herb & garlic cream cheese, a medium double double and a cinnamon roll with frosting! For lunch it was a twister wrap from KFC, and for dinner it'll be fish & chips from this kick ass little place just around the corner. Now because it is the two hour season finale of Housewives tonight, I stocked up on junk food to snack on while I bunk down on the couch for the evening. Muahahahaha!!!

Tomorrow it's back in the saddle and back to the regular routine.

I actually find this is a great way to stay on track, particularly if you have a lot of naughty food weaknesses that you can't imagine depriving yourself of indefinitely. I have lost about 7 lbs over the past month, and my goal is to get down to 118 lbs again. Considering I'm barely five feet tall, that shouldn't be an unrealistic goal.

I have been using EATracker to log all of the calories I've consumed through eating and expended through exercising. It is a great way to see just how many calories you have coming and going, but it can be time consuming to keep up.
